Why do the recipes include gluten free AND regular versions?

All of the recipes on this blog will include both a regular version as well as a gluten free version.  And why is that?  The answer is simple enough.

I am gluten free, but not everyone is.

If I make only gluten free versions of the recipes, I am excluding an entire population of people who may love what I make.  If I exclude the gluten free versions, I am not helping others who may be in the same predicament as I am, looking for easy and delicious gluten free substitutions for the foods they love.

If you know someone who is gluten free, by all means, feel free to share my page with them.  It is nice to know I am not alone in the struggle to live gluten free in a gluten filled world!

If you have a favorite recipe that you would love to share with me, or have me try, don’t hesitate to send it to me.  I love to try new things!  Believe it or not, most of the recipes I come across are regular ole gluten filled goodies that I end up converting myself!!

So send me your favs and feel free to stop, stay, and take a look around at all the goodies that have been previously posted.  You may find your favorite something hidden in One Spoonful.
